Every client works with the founding partner. No intermediate layers, no filters.
We understand the law as a tool at the service of the client.
Juan Pablo Gómez Fierro
Gómez Fierro Abogados is a Mexican law firm based in Mexico City, focused on constitutional and administrative law. We advise and represent companies, institutions and individuals in matters where the State intervenes — and where technical defense decides the outcome.
Every matter is handled with a strategy built from the specific case. We do not replicate templates or pre-packaged answers: we study the file, identify the decisive argument, and sustain it with rigor through to resolution.
Our practice combines deep knowledge of Mexican legal doctrine with accumulated experience across highly regulated sectors: tax, energy, antitrust, telecommunications, broadcasting, sports law and environmental matters.
We operate through a coordinated network of alliances across the country's major cities. When complexity demands it, we build multidisciplinary teams to guarantee technical depth and territorial reach.
High-level legal work is recognized by its rigor and by the clarity with which it is communicated. These are the commitments we make to every client.
Every client works with the founding partner. No intermediate layers, no filters.
We design the defense from the concrete file. Never a template, never a borrowed argument.
Continuous study of statutes and case law. Not declared — measured.
More than 20 years of experience in the most complex matters of law.
Our practice covers the decisive moments of Mexican public law: defense before administrative authorities, representation before regulatory agencies, and constitutional litigation of the highest consequence.
We understand the law as a tool at the service of the client: to resolve the matter with technical rigor and a clear strategy — without shortcuts.
