Juan Pablo Gómez Fierro
The Firm

A firm specialized in constitutional and
administrative law.

Who we are

Gómez Fierro Abogados is a Mexican law firm based in Mexico City, focused on constitutional and administrative law. We advise and represent companies, institutions and individuals in matters where the State intervenes — and where technical defense decides the outcome.

Every matter is handled with a strategy built from the specific case. We do not replicate templates or pre-packaged answers: we study the file, identify the decisive argument, and sustain it with rigor through to resolution.

Our practice combines deep knowledge of Mexican legal doctrine with accumulated experience across highly regulated sectors: tax, energy, antitrust, telecommunications, broadcasting, sports law and environmental matters.

Our network

We operate through a coordinated network of alliances across the country's major cities. When complexity demands it, we build multidisciplinary teams to guarantee technical depth and territorial reach.

What we offer our clients

Four non-negotiable principles that anchor our practice.

High-level legal work is recognized by its rigor and by the clarity with which it is communicated. These are the commitments we make to every client.

I

Direct service

Every client works with the founding partner. No intermediate layers, no filters.

II

Tailored strategy

We design the defense from the concrete file. Never a template, never a borrowed argument.

III

Sustained rigor

Continuous study of statutes and case law. Not declared — measured.

IV

Verifiable track record

More than 20 years of experience in the most complex matters of law.
